We specialise in a small, carefully chosen collection of self-catering holiday homes in and around Aviemore and the Cairngorms National Park. Each property is individually owned and thoughtfully cared for, chosen for its comfort, character and sense of place.

Our approach is deliberately unhurried. We don’t aim to offer dozens of cottages or present ourselves as a booking platform. Instead, we focus on quality over quantity, working closely with owners and taking the time to understand what makes each home special.

Many of our guests travel with dogs, children, or both, and our properties are chosen with real life in mind. That means relaxed, practical interiors, easy access to the outdoors and locations that encourage you to slow down and settle in.

Alongside accommodation, we share local knowledge through our Discover Cairngorms guide — the walks we return to, the places we eat, and the quieter corners that often make a stay feel memorable. These are shaped by personal experience, and are intended to help guests feel at ease and well placed from the moment they arrive.
